Initial Consultation

All new patients will be required to attend an initial consultation, in which our NMC registered nurse will discuss the treatments you are interested in having and complete a full holistic, facial assessment.

With your wishes in mind, we will fully explain and advise on appropriate treatment options for you. We will discuss any potential risks of the treatment, providing you with honest and clinically relevant information including realistic expectations of the treatment outcome.

During the consultation we will ask for your medical history and a list of any medication you take, this is to ensure that any treatment offered is safe for you personally to have done. The products used during treatments are specifically prescribed for you by the nurse undertaking your consultation.

The aim of the consultation is to ensure you feel comfortable and well informed about the advised treatment, so you can decide whether it is right for you. To ensure you have had time to consider whether you wish to go ahead with treatment, we will usually endeavour to book your treatment appointment two weeks after your initial consultation.
